I’m passionate about people! I believe we can all play our part in making each other’s lives better. We do it for our family and friends every day because we care about them. We need to do it more in business too. If we care about our employees and our customers we should make decisions that are based on what’s best for them. Treating everyone the way that we would want to be treated is a great start. Ultimately if happy employees mean happy customers, and happy customers spend more, more often, then it’s not just the right thing to do, it makes business sense!

I’ve spent my career working both client and agency-side in marketing and insight, helping businesses improve their customer and employee experience.  I’ve had the pleasure to work for and with organisations in financial services, retail, travel and tourism, leisure, local government, construction, manufacturing, engineering, print, property management, media, telecommunications, utilities and charities.
